Meet Michelle & Steve (a.k.a. The Short One & The Tall One):

Once upon a time (okay, 1999), an aspiring wedding photographer met a tall, hilarious guy who not only stole her heart—but also became her second shooter. That’s how our story began.

I’m Michelle — your detail-obsessed, timeline-loving, boutonniere-pinning, stray-hair-fighting photo ninja. Before Steve joined me, I was photographing weddings solo, but something felt off. Turns out, it was Steve. He’s not just my husband — he’s the peanut butter to my lens cap (but seriously, there will be no peanut butter near our lenses). We’ve been capturing weddings together ever since, bringing two wildly different perspectives to every unforgettable moment (seriously — I’m 5’1”, he’s 6’4”, so that’s not just poetic… it’s physics).

Steve is our resident master of candids and king of dad jokes. If someone’s giggling behind the camera, it’s probably him. He also has an uncanny ability to be in the right place at the right time — every time.

On your big day, we divide and conquer. Steve sticks with one side of the wedding party, while I’m on the other side lining people up, fluffing dresses, calming nerves, pinning boutonnieres, fixing flyaways, and making sure your eyeliner hasn’t betrayed you. We’ve got eyes (and cameras) everywhere.

We’re not here to please your mom. Or your mother-in-law. (Though we promise to smile politely.) We’re here for you. Your love. Your joy. Your real, messy, magical, once-in-a-lifetime moments.

And when all is said and done—the flowers wilt, the food is eaten, the DJ packs up — what remains is your spouse, your rings, and your photos. So yeah… let’s make those count.

Oh, and Then There’s Grace:

Grace is our daughter, our preferred hair and makeup artist, and — if we’re being honest — probably way cooler than either of us. She graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Orlando in 2021 and is a Licensed Cosmetologist. You’ll find her magic hands (and even more magical eyeliner skills) at our salon, Vazul Hair Artistry, in Ocala, Florida.

Grace is a certified Star Wars nerd (like her dad), Harry Potter fanatic (like her mom), and Loki-obsessed Marvel devotee (we blame Disney+). She runs on coffee, Metallica, and wanderlust—and she’ll make you feel like the best version of yourself before you even step in front of the camera.
